The Editorial Board of the QUT Law and Justice Journal is currently accepting contributions for the next issue of the Journal.
The QUT Law and Justice Journal is a scholarly refereed journal (ERA ranking of C), which is published bi-annually both online and in hard copy format. It has a C1 HERDC Rating which classifies the journal as
being published or available in 2011,
meeting the HERDC Definition of Research, original material, has an ISSN and is peer reviewed through a process of double blind refereeing. Further information on this rating can be found here. The Journal is distributed widely with subscribers in Australia, New Zealand, the South Pacific, United Kingdom and the USA. The Journal encourages contributions from legal scholars, postgraduate researchers and specialist practitioners.
Articles should be 4 000 to 8 000 words (max 10,000 including footnotes);
Contributions must be original works which have neither been previously published nor submitted to another publication;
